Guides Freelance
Your agent watches for jobs that fit, drafts the proposals for your yes, and writes the offers and invoices when you win them.

Most of freelancing is finding the work and the paperwork around it. Give your agent its own email address and an office suite, and it watches for jobs that fit, drafts the proposals for your yes, and writes the offers and invoices when you win.

Open Extensions from your server page and install AgentMail, LibreOffice and Telegram Bridge (all free). Each kit installs onto your POCKETCORP and adds its own page to your server page.
On the AgentMail page, pick the address your agent should have (like maya-assistant@agentmail.to) and your own email, then type in the 6-digit code AgentMail sends you. No account to create first, no key to copy.
Open the Telegram Bridge page from your server page, scan the code with your phone and tap Create bot in Telegram. Your agent now has a private bot that answers only you: no BotFather, no tokens to copy.
Write a short profile into ~/agent-workspace/profile.md (or ask your agent to draft it from your website): what you do, your best projects, your rates, the work you don’t take. Then sign up for the job alerts of the platforms and newsletters you use with your agent’s new address.
Then just ask
Send these to your agent in the chat on your POCKETCORP page, or from Telegram or WhatsApp. Change the details to yours.
Every morning, go through the job alerts in your inbox, pick the ones that fit my profile in ~/agent-workspace/profile.md, and send me the best three with a two-line reason each.
Draft a proposal for the second job: short, specific to their brief, with two relevant projects from my profile and a price range. Show it to me before anything goes out.
Make an offer as a Writer document and a PDF for Studio Lindner: website redesign, three pages, €2,400, delivery in three weeks, my standard terms.
Take it further
The same setup, doing more: ask for these once it runs.
When I tell you a project is done, make the invoice in LibreOffice with the next number, save the PDF to ~/Documents/invoices and email it from your address with me in copy.
Keep a time sheet in ~/Documents/hours.xlsx: when I message ‘started’ and ‘stopped’ with a client name, log the hours, and total them per client every Friday.
If an invoice is unpaid 14 days after it went out, draft a friendly reminder and ask me before sending it.
The result
Fewer evenings on job boards, proposals ready when you are, and the paperwork done the moment the work is.
SalesSales outreach, drafted every morningYour agent finds target customers every day, writes a personal first email to each from its own address, and tracks who replied.
FinanceInvoices from your phoneSend a photo of an invoice on WhatsApp: your agent files it, adds it to a spreadsheet ledger and keeps your year-end numbers ready.
PhoneAn agent with its own phone numberText it, call it and let it call for you: it books the table, moves the appointment and answers when others ring.A freelance desk that never sleeps runs on a POCKETCORP: a computer of its own for your AI agent. Base is free for 14 days.
