Your agent runs around the clock on your server. This brings it into your team's Slack.
Hermes, the agent on your POCKETCORP, already speaks Slack. This kit sets that up for you from a page linked on your server page: one button creates the Slack app with everything Hermes needs already filled in (permissions, events, slash commands), you install it to your workspace and paste two tokens. No manifest editing, no terminal. Then message it: ask it something between meetings, drop a spreadsheet into the DM, @mention it in a channel to have it summarise the thread or fix the copy on your landing page. It has the full run of your server, so it does the work instead of explaining how.
What you get
- Guided two-step setup: create the app in one click, paste the bot token and an app-level token
- A private agent: only people you approve can use it. Someone messages the app, their request appears on the setup page, you tap Approve. Remove anyone at any time
- Direct messages and channels: in DMs it answers everything; in channels you invite it to, @mention it and it replies in a thread
- Everything Hermes does in chat: it remembers the conversation, reads files and voice notes, and /new starts fresh; /hermes help lists every command
- It can message you first: finished jobs, decisions it needs and scheduled reports land in your home chat
It runs on Hermes' own Slack connection (Socket Mode). The kit adds a small setup page and configures Hermes; it doesn't relay anything itself, and nothing on your server is opened to the internet. Your tokens stay with Hermes on your server, and messages are answered by your own agent on your own tokens.
Requires the Hermes agent (choose Hermes when deploying a POCKETCORP) and a Slack workspace where you may install apps (any plan, including free). Installing asks for one sudo approval on your dashboard, for the setup page's background service; turn on auto-approval first for a hands-free install. Uninstalling removes the page; your Slack app keeps working through Hermes until you disconnect it.
