Give your PocketCorp a second job: it keeps your Obsidian vault.
Forward it emails, or message it links and quick notes — it reads them, ignores spam, and files what matters into your Obsidian vault the Zettelkasten way: atomic notes woven into your existing structure with [[wikilinks]] and references — never duplicates. A new rent price updates your rent note; an invoice lands as a TODO with its due date; an article you send gets a short summary filed under its topic.
What you get
- Optional email in: give it its own address in YOUR free AgentMail account (agentmail.to) and forward what should be filed. It is the last step and entirely skippable — your API key never leaves your server
- Works inside YOUR Obsidian vault, synced your way. Two options, both real-time: your existing Obsidian Sync subscription (your server joins it with Obsidian's official headless client), or free — your PocketCorp becomes the sync server itself, and Windows, Mac, iPhone and Android all sync to it live with the free Self-hosted LiveSync plugin. The server sets itself up — one press, no terminal — and is holding your vault before any device connects. Each device then just joins: open the setup page on that device (it works in a phone browser too), tap once, and Obsidian opens with everything filled in — including REAL-TIME sync, which LiveSync's own setup leaves switched off and is the usual reason a self-hosted vault only syncs when you press a button. Same three taps on Windows, Mac, iPhone and Android, and a one-press check that walks the whole chain and names the broken link if anything stops arriving
- A setup wizard that asks one thing at a time, built for a phone: it starts with your vault and finishes with the optional extras, so you are organizing within minutes
- Organized the way YOU work: choose PARA (Projects, Areas, Resources, Archive) or Zettelkasten, or just describe your own system in a sentence and it follows that instead. Optional — skip it and you get sensible defaults
- Your agent learns the setup: when you finish, Obsidianize writes a skill into your agent describing your vault, your sync, your filing method and what you told it — so it files things your way without being reminded. Rewritten whenever you change something
- Your agent can also reconfigure it for you: Obsidianize registers an MCP server with Hermes, so "switch me to PARA" or "organize into my Work vault instead" just works
- A live activity feed of everything it filed
- Direct messages too: tell your agent "note this" in the dashboard chat and it files it the same way
Requires the Hermes agent (choose Hermes when deploying a new PocketCorp). Forwarded email content is processed by your own agent, on your own server, with your own tokens. During installation, approve the sudo prompts from your dashboard when asked — or enable auto-approval in the top right of the dashboard first, then it's completely hands-free.
