Your agent runs around the clock on your server. This gives it your Google Drive.
Connect your Google account on a page linked from your server page, and from then on your POCKETCORP can find the offer you wrote last spring, read the spreadsheet you share with your accountant, save the report it just made into the right folder, and hand you a PDF from Drive in Telegram. The same page is a small Drive browser: open folders, search, upload, download, make folders, move things to the trash — without leaving your server.
What you get
- A guided setup page: create a Google OAuth client with the exact values shown (copy buttons included), paste its ID and secret, press Connect and approve in Google. About three minutes, no terminal, no config files
- Your agent's Drive tools: search by name and content, read Google Docs as Markdown and Sheets as CSV, download any file to the server, upload, create files and folders, move, rename, trash and restore, share by email or link. Registered with Hermes (and Claude Code when installed) automatically, plus a `gdrive` command in the terminal
- Read & write or read-only: you choose when you connect. On a read-only connection the writing tools do not exist for the agent at all
- A Drive browser on the page: folders, search, upload, download, new folder, trash
- A Test button that asks your agent to list your newest files, so you see it working
- An activity feed of everything the agent did in your Drive, including what it was refused
How it works: the kit installs a small app on your server (stdlib Python, no packages) and an MCP server your agent talks to. Your OAuth client and the refresh token stay in a private folder on your server; nothing goes through POCKETCORP or anyone else. Outbound connections: accounts.google.com and oauth2.googleapis.com (sign-in and token refresh) and www.googleapis.com (Drive). The kit also writes a short note into your agent's memory and standing instructions, so every session — including ones that started before the install — knows it now has your Drive.
You need a Google account and a (free) Google Cloud project for the OAuth client; the setup page walks you through creating it. Works with personal Google accounts and Google Workspace.
Requires the Hermes agent (choose Hermes when deploying a POCKETCORP). Installing asks for one sudo approval on your dashboard (the page's service); turn on auto-approval first for a hands-free install. Uninstalling removes the app, the tools, the memory note and the tokens, and revokes the server's access at Google; files the agent downloaded stay in ~/agent-workspace/google-drive.
