AIder connects the agent already running on your PocketCorp to your Google account, and then gets out of the way.
IT USES GOOGLE'S OWN TOOLS
Not a reimplementation of Gmail. Google publishes official MCP servers for Workspace (https://developers.google.com/workspace/guides/configure-mcp-servers), and this kit hands your agent those, so the tools are Google's, they behave the way Google says they do, and when Google adds one your agent has it. What the kit does is the part Google leaves to you: the OAuth client, the consent, and keeping the token alive so the connection does not quietly expire an hour after you set it up.
SETUP IS TEN SCREENS, EACH WITH ONE THING ON IT
Pick which parts of Google to connect. Say how far the agent may go in each. Then four screens of Google Cloud console work — a project, the APIs, the consent screen, the OAuth client — each one a numbered list, a deep link that opens the right page with your project already selected, and a copy button for anything you have to paste. The callback address is this server's own, generated for you. Press Connect, approve it in the Google tab, and this page notices by itself. A check at the end asks each Google server what it offers with your new token, so you leave setup knowing it works rather than hoping.
LIMITS THAT ARE ACTUALLY LIMITS
Per product: off, read only, drafts, or act. This is not a line in a prompt asking the agent to behave — a tool outside your limits is not in the agent's list at all, so it cannot be talked into using one. Narrow something and it applies immediately; widen it and Google asks for your approval again, because the extra permission was never granted. Anything Google adds that this kit does not recognise counts as a write, so a new tool never quietly slips past a read-only setting.
Gmail is worth being specific about: Google's Gmail tools write a draft but cannot send it. Nothing leaves your account without you pressing send.
AND YOU CAN SEE WHAT IT DID
Every call your agent made, in plain words — “Calendar: create event — Design review” — and every call your settings turned down. Plus ground rules you tick (show me every email first, never delete, summarise long threads before acting) and anything else in your own words, all compiled into the agent's standing orders so they hold on every channel, Telegram included.

You need a Google account and about five minutes. A free Google Cloud project is part of the setup; nothing runs in it and it costs nothing. Requires the Hermes agent. During installation, approve the sudo prompt from your dashboard — or enable auto-approval first, then it is hands-free. Your mail and files stay at Google: this server keeps a refresh token and your settings, nothing else.
